I just spoke to the CEO at TNRG & WBSR and according to him they where waiting on a medallion that they could not get under TNRG but now have it & it was required by the SEC & they now have it to & can complete the dividend share distribution & it should be completed today or by Monday! Also, the Webstar Technology Group $10M Regulation-A Tier II Public Offering At $7.00 Per Share should be completed around March or April! Fingers crossed! 😊

EBR Systems nears FDA approval for CRT pacemaker

EBR Systems Inc Senior Vice President Andrew Shute talked with Proactive at the AIM maSmall and Midcap Conference about the company’s upcoming FDA decision for its leadless CRT pacemaker system. The device is designed to treat heart failure and represents the only leadless option in a market currently dominated by three players—with no direct competitor. Shute said, “We've developed the world's only leadless pacemaker to treat heart failure. And we're on track to receive FDA approval within the next two and a half weeks.”* The product already holds FDA Breakthrough Device designation, and has shown strong clinical results, including a 16.4% reduction in left ventricular end systolic volume—well above the target goal of 9.3%. Shute outlined the company's go-to-market plan, emphasizing that reimbursement is expected to begin from October 1st under the NTAP and TPT schemes, enabling an ASP of USD 45,000. The company only needs to sell around 2,200 units annually to reach USD 100 million in revenue. “We’ve got no direct competition,” he said. He also highlighted the successful completion of the FDA’s pre-approval inspection with no observations—an uncommon achievement in the medical device industry. The device, supported by data published in JAMA Cardiology, was also featured at the Heart Rhythm Society meeting in 2023. Newmark Security CEO on growth drivers, expanding D2E model globally

Newmark Security PLC CEO Marie-Claire Dwek talked with Proactive's Stephen Gunnion about the company’s latest trading update, which highlighted stronger revenue performance in the second half of the financial year. atai CEO outlines strategic focus for 2025 including four major data readouts

atai Life Sciences (NASDAQ:ATAI, ETR:9VC) CEO and co-founder Dr Srinivas Rao talked with Proactive about the company's upcoming clinical milestones and strategic focus in 2025. Rao outlined four major clinical readouts across atai’s pipeline of short-duration psychedelics, including updates on VLS-01, BPL-003, RL-007 and EMP-01. Gunnison Copper advances Johnson Camp Mine construction, on track for Cathode Production in Q3 2025

Gunnison Copper SVP- Operations Robert Winton joined Steve Darling from Proactive to provide an update on the ongoing construction progress at the fully permitted Johnson Camp Mine in southeast Arizona. Speaking with Proactive, Winton confirmed that construction activities are on schedule, with the company expecting to produce copper cathode by Q3 2025. Mining of mineralized material officially began in January 2025, and the extracted material is currently being stockpiled in preparation for the completion of the leach pad. The Phase-1 leach pad has been successfully completed, while Phase-2 is advancing rapidly. Once Phase-2 is in place, the company will begin installing Nuton’s advanced processing equipment, a key step toward optimizing sulfide and oxide mineralized material processing. Gunnison Copper has also completed the redesign and construction of a state-of-the-art laboratory for on-site material and process analysis. The lab is set to begin ramping up in April 2025 and will be fully commissioned once leach pad production is underway.
