jersyboy,...i will agree with you that we will have to agree to disagree. if you're o.k. with your DD,...i applaud you. but mine is not over yet and there are other items that don't add up.
1- CEO states he has placed his shares in escrow.
with what legal entity ? where's the proof of that action ? is it just his word that you are satisfied with ? is that all it takes ? someone says so so its true ? if so,...if that is what you beleive,...i don't consider that due diligence.
for that statement to be a real event he has to show where this share escrow account is with verifable links.
2- no where on the web is there a company called South East Asia consortium or Siam Renewable Energy Group Ltd. these are invisible entities to the entire web, except for ACMG's mention of them, and yet these are companies that are going to place millions of dollars into this one and only particular company.
3- the independent analysis that places evaluation at $85M,...by a company called CDL,...who is CDL ? another unfounded entity.
wouldn't ya think if these two above mentioned companies had this kind of money to flip around that they would have been involved on other projects also ? seems like a logical way of thinking. yet not a word of mention regarding them outside of ACMG.
that is just a couple more inconsistencys i have rearding ACMG.

what they have are a couple of patents,...and they are in a buzz word sector, alternative energy, other than that they are functioning like most pinksheets,...big projected numbers to attract greedy traders.
