Well, from what I hear the company is being tight lipped with everyone, they usually do that when things are close to being done like this, especially when a leak could blow the deal for them, so if the guru you talked to doesn't know anything or "Maybe he does" but isn't telling you? Especially if he disagrees with many of your posts? Just a thought. I heard last week that things are very close and that Tom G was in NYC this week, hopefully closing on this thing. I can't imagine them keeping silent and not PRing this after they close.
