Best thing I can say is try and get Tom G on the phone and ask him, what I wrote in that post is EXACTLY what he explained to me, everything I have ever posted of what he told me was exactly what I was told, I didn't add anything to it. If that REG-DEX filing was available to read online, we would know more about it, all we can do now is get what the company tells us about it, but thats what Tom said to me that, They got $1 Mil from Cornell in the form of a private placement and Cornell only cashed in between $4-500K worth of stock back in 2004/2005, but Michelex did not borrow anything from the SEDA deal.
