Perhaps there is a good reason for not issuing a press release at this time. The 8-K was required by regs as it was a material agreement. Maybe they don't want this cat out of the bag yet for just anyone. I'm guessing of course, but why otherwise would they not want everyone in the world to know they are doing business or entered into a contract with CC?

Thing is any company with shareholders know that they have access to services that alert them to filings.

No cat can stay in the bag, so any strategy relating to trying to keep the cat in the bag is mute imo.

With that in mind to put out a PR after filing is just not understanding what momentum does in the world of stock trading.

My guess if confronted on the issue the excuse would be it's performance that counts and you'll know about it in due time, bla, bla, bla.

If that is what Rick or they use I disagree.
You are a PUBLIC company with an OBLIGATION to your shareholders who OWN the company to be good stewards of their money.

Is that being in the best interest of the shareholders investment?

I'd have to say no.

What happens a lot of times with public companies is the CEO says hey we are busting our butts here give it time and your rewards will come.
I can understand the concept behind that.
But... What they are missing is when they went from Private to Public a whole new set of responsibilities have come along in regards to fulfilling shareholder expectations.
Besides answering to your clients you have a duty to answer to your shareholders with actions that are in the best interest of them not because they feel they are to busy running a business.
They are no longer Private. They have Public responsibilities.
