sorry for the late response. I work for scottrade, and am working on my series 7 (once I graduate). Series 7 is for stocks, bonds, mutual fund, and variable annuities. To my understanding currency and commodities futures requires a series 3, but since forex is spot trades, there is no licensing. Also they are servicing traders, not giving advice or managing assets, so perhaps only principle licensing is needed. All in all I dont think CHNW needs any of these formalities.
