with all due respect...

"You act as if 50 dollars and a beer can buy you a verdict in LA. and that is not the case"

the history of LA. is that it would cost them at least 100 bucks and a shot of bourbon.... again, nothing is a slam dunk in any court of law.... O.J. proved that... money can buy injustice anywhere in this country... like I said, prudent and this will probably put a slight overhead ceiling on this until it is decided... hopefully the braintrust at the company just buys this situation off before it goes much further... bird in the hand so to speak...

just to emphasize this point... sdna suit, O'Quinn probably one of the top attorneys in the entire country in litigation... cases such as the winning of suit against the tabacco industry just to name one and many more more high profile than ours for sure.... has been working for numerous companys against the rampant Naked shorting problem in the U.S. still has yet to win anything and has been tossed out of court many times.... his fees are probably 2 to 3 times higher than our guys, that I bet... they have a good solid case /sdna / in this one, against the naked shorting issue/ they even have been the only one that has prevailed with the sec against a group of naked shorters (Rhino / Badin brothers) so far nothing... so like I said nothing is a slam dunk...

in my opinion...
