I came across a new EVIO company which is owned by Blue Cross Blue Shield as it appears:
I wrote a letter to the attorney as follows:

Dear Mr. Coscia,

I am writing for information on EVIO. I first bought shares in EVIO when it was Signal Bay engaged in marijuana harvesting and testing laboratory. Then told investors that it was moving to Florida and engage in the construction business. I have not heard from EVIO in since then.
I am curious because I hold 180 million shares in EVIO and having accidentally seen “EVIO” in a search for the company. To me it is very unusual to see a company in a recycled name.
To the point. Is the current EVIO now the same as when it moved to Florida? Do we have any ownership rights in the new company?
