Since Bachrach is the new CEO of A.R.T. Digital Holdings Corp I texted him regarding the Q3 filing. As of November 15th, it is his responsibility, not Logan, to file. Don’t really expect a response but impatience got the best of me. At least Bachrach knows shareholders are watching and are engaged. My text was friendly and respectful. As I posted yesterday, we get it when we get it. Having Q3 in the books will go a long way in capitalizing on the recent BTC price spike. With BTC at $98k +/-, CGAC needs to do everything to take advantage of the situation, which includes timely filings. Let’s get current and lose that yield sign.
