Who's to say the there is any e.Digital technology in the Gateway device? Neither Gateway nor the OEM has acknowledged it.

Also, why isn't Digitalway paying e.Digital royalties for the MPIO HD100? RP has supposedly told shareholders these royalties were being paid, yet the 10Q shows none at all. Doesn't the MPIO HD100 use MOS?
