Not necessarily Tinroad. The language used "a royalty bearing licensing agreement" has been stated on most of the agreements e.Digital has announced in the last 4 years, almost none of which ever produced actual royalties.

I have noticed that the company often seems to use that term to say that there is an agreement for royalties IF the company ends up using EDIG technology.

For all anyone knows, the statement about the OEM could mean that if EDIG develops a technology they use, they will get a per unit royalty. I'm sure e.Digital will get something, but my impression is that it will not be substantial.

There is no reason that the company can not give a revenue projection from this project, IMO. My belief is that they haven't because it would be disappointing.
