The company may show a (small) profit in Q3 financials. They also are working on some grants on traditional funding too. It's a moot point though, the CEO already stated they are not doing buybacks. I like the theory of a short squeeze though.. there is no dilution and I doubt retail is selling so there's a chance hunter is right.
