-Cash Now agrees to acquire Global Vision for undisclosed amount
-IR Michael Ellis said hope to complete end of February
-Goal was to add Mr. Chang to managment staff to lead international expansion of ATM programs to banks.
-Cash Now will sell Global for an undisclosed amount of cash to ATM Business, Cash Now's sister corporation
-Cash Now which managed point-of-sale terminal programs in 2004 and 2005 wants Chang to assist in selling these programs now
-Strategy is to focus the ATM deployment on the coattail of the international debit card market
