I will drop this... But Standard Protocol might be to NOT address the investigation ... OTHER than to say they are cooperating..

I personally don't believe that you can't mention ... NEW PRODUCTS!! Whether the form was filed for an MM OR simply letting us know that he CAN'T until.. ?? happens..!! New Advertising!! and Maybe ... the status of the AF's...

Don't forget that during this time... IF you believe some of the posters here... Jim supposely said... back to the pinks... no greys... be finished quickly... we have everything ... no worries... etc... AND had at least 3 meetings with shareholders... and talks to "SOME"...

Nah... don't believe it..

But... back into my corner to practice Patience!!!
