Explanation for recent rise!
While reading the latest issue of Journal of Clinical Oncology (most prestigious oncology journal) published today, I stumbled upon a report describing the effect of Cintredekin Besudotox (IL13-PE38QQR) on Recurrent Malignant Glioma published by UCSF group. This happens to be the drug being developed by NEOL. They conclude that Cintredekin appears to have a favorable effect on patients with relapsed glioblastoma..

I think it explains recent increased activity in this stock and together with todays news that NEOL will discuss its 2006 results and update on Cintredekin on March the 14th it could cause a nice speculative rise.
