OT: I am going to build up to it over the course of a week or two, just to make sure I dont have a reaction. But I feel pretty confident that I will be safe based on human toxicity studies that were done. It appears that even gram level dosing is still safe (for at least 3 months or however long the tox study was for). Ive read about one individual that is currently taking 6000mg with no problems, so my 500 mg is pretty conservative to what I could be doing.
