I owe you an appology. I did not know the 859M share were locked. So, this puts a new spin on things with only about 200M + / - a few.

That means on an asset basis, short term less then 1 f/y these should be accounted for at FMV and adjusted higher due to the non-trading capacity of the 895M.

It would now appear my shares (short term F/Y) are now worth a WHOLE lot more.
