Imp.test for APLL: If stays above .28 for next hour

It's been very strong today on nice volume. Touched .31 earlier, then backed away just a little. With a close here at .29 or higher I look for it to bust through .31 into the clear blue, manana. This stock still has huge positive buzz behind it.
