It popped because it was pumped and the smart money got out. There is an S-1 that is floating around social media that shows several shares are about to be issued. The conversion rate seems really low. If they can't pay that off, which I am assuming they can't because they are looking for institutional investors, that dump is happening soon. I have to imagine that is what smart money is looking at. If people held after the pop, they have lost most of their gains. It will take big news to turn this one around.
