LSGH realigns its Board Of Directors!

Lone Star Group Holdings (OTCBB: LSGH) is proud to announce that they have expanded its Board Of Directors to include James K. Devericks , Leonard A. Marshall and Steve Urbanski. To assist this exciting new board the company has also approved three new advisory boards for Lonstar's expanded business plan: Business Advisory Board, Sports Advisory Board and the Technology Advisory Board.

James K. Devericks, Chairman

Cleveland, OH born and raised, Jim Devericks is proud to be from the home of the Rock N Roll Hall of Fame. Jim’s love of music began as a teenaged bass player in local Cleveland bands. It was during this time that he learned that he possessed extraordinary skill in the sport of boxing. After enjoying a successful amateur boxing career, Jim turned pro and after beginning his professional boxing career was involved in an auto accident, which ended his career. Although fully recovered, Jim realized his boxing days were over and turned to building a limousine company. It was during the years of operating that company that he became acquainted with many people from the entertainment world. In 1999, Jim re-settled in Palm Beach County, Florida with his wife and two children where he decided to enter the entertainment arena.

During this same time in 1999, the online revolution had begun with Mr. Devericks at the forefront forming a unique blend of everything entertainment in a digital form. Well before the advent of sites like Rhapsody & I-Tunes Mr. Devericks assembled a team of industry veterans who created Titan Global Entertainment, Inc., the first record label with digital online entertainment as its core focus.

In the process of managing several South Florida artists Jim solidified the association of industry veterans such as veteran Julian Shapiro (Sr. VP Sales & Mktg. SONY), Jeff Shane (VP Capitol Records) and Nick Maria (VP Sales & Mktg. Atlantic) among many others. Jim’s avid interest in the internet, coupled with his various music industry associations, gave him the vision in 2002 of integrating all of the various revenue streams existing in the music industry, but heretofore isolated from one another. Jim acquired a technical staff with whom the Titan Tunes / Omni technology was developed and in 2003, Jim began to map out the strategy and enlist the strategic partners to build the Titan infrastructure. In early 2004 Mr. Devericks made the acquaintance of former Motorola engineer Robert K. Lockhart whose addition to the strategic partners gave Devericks the final solution to make his vision a reality.

Through the strategic partnerships that he has developed throughout the years, in both the music and technology industries, Mr. Devericks has continued to work at the forefront of the mobile revolution through M3X Media & M3X Mobile. As the CEO of M3X Media, Mr. Devericks oversees the various divisions of the company to ensure that the elements are fully integrated and work to compliment each other.

Leonard Marshall,President & COO

After an illustrious 13 year career with the New York Giants, Jets, and Redskins, this included 3-Pro Bowls, 2 Super Bowl Championships, and NFL Defensive Lineman of the Year in 1985/1986. Mr. Marshall stepped right out of his uniform an into a business suit. Among his early ventures he was the Co- Founder, Chairman/CEO of Pro Star Athletic, a licensed Sports apparel company which manufactured merchandise in Korea, China, Turkey, and other countries abroad. It maintained offices and distributions agreements with J.C. Penney's, The Sports Authority, K-Mart, Target, Model's, and Meijer's of Grand Rapids Michigan. In 2000, after growth under his leadership, International Apparel Manufacturers Group of New York purchased his successful company.

A graduate of Louisiana State University/Farleigh Dickenson University with a degree in Business Finance he has garnered extensive experience in the financial markets particularly with mergers and acquisitions while he served on the board of directors of a major NASDAQ listed financial services company.

The same diligent effort and discipline Mr. Marshall gained in his sports arena he has now brought to the mortgage business. He teamed up with Sunshine State Mortgage to obtain his initial training and then joined forces with Nationsway Mortgage Funding Group. While learning the business Mr. Marshall aligned himself with Sun Capital Group of Boca Raton and Premier Mortgage Funding Inc. of Clearwater, Florida to form Capital Source Mortgage, L.L.C., (a dba of P.MF. Inc.) strategically to become a Licensed Correspondent Mortgage Lender. With new offices in Boca Raton expansion remains top priority of the company's business plan. In recent month's Mr. Marshall formally served as Director of Corporate Diversity for Promise Healthcare of Boca Raton, Fl. which he resigned from April of 2004.

As a Y2K Hall of Fame nominee, Mr. Marshall also had been awarded some national and international prominence for his charitable endeavors. He received the Byron "Whizzer" White Award in 1990, the United Way Lifetime Achievement Award, Miller Lite Man of the Year in 1986, Leukemia Society of America National Chapter's Boardship and now spokesman for Kids in Distress Situations, Inc... Mr. Marshall has a lot of pride in terms of giving back to his community as well delivering the best possible service with the utmost of integrity. Mr. Marshall is married to formerly Maryann Feliciano and is the father of two girls Erika Christina & Arianna Nicole.
