QUESTIONS FOR CEO: COPY and PASTE YOURS ON for Barry Henthorn

1. Since we have completed the unAudited Financials, are we moving close to becoming a fully reporting company, getting AF and uplisting to a higher exchange SOON ?

2. Since we are a startup company, our limiting factor may be the ability to Acquire Capital, CASH, for further growth, What steps are we taking to remedy this ?

3. We have a small base of "subscriber content" that is loaded, will we continue to see year after year infinite additions to this base, a Digital Movie Vault with NO LIMIT for Subscribers?

4. Do you see us competing Immediately for Studio content for New Release Studio Movies? (With our current spending budget)

5. What is our Marketing Strategy? Inform them how, Offer free Movies, Put up Inernet Ads, XM and Sirius Radio spots. magazines, cable ???

6. Will REELTIME need to make available additional shares for capital ? Will there be a forward split ?

7. Will Reeltime care to be more specific on their relationship with Grid Networks for those who still may be a litte confused about it? (Non-Competition agreements? Exclusive rights to certain types of media? Who owns what concerning the patents?)

8. Since a good majority of us shareholders do own stock in both RLTR and ICTN, how does Innovative(ICTN) stand to benefit from the Success of Reeltime.com, other than the obvious fact of the shares that are owned, can you give any insight into Innovatives last PR (ICT Expands Existing Development and Support Agreement With ReelTime Rentals, Inc). 9. Is there ANY truth to the Rumors of Eva Longoria becoming the REELTIME spokesPerson ?
