They aren't located there at all, but Central Texas Support Litigation is.
It's a very small office where they help direct lawsuits to Albright's court because he used to be known for being patent friendly. However, he has taken some heat of late and not quite as friendly (or so I've heard). Which is why the new filing has moved to DC. They are searching for anything to stick as the cases keep getting dismissed. How much luck do you think they will have if they can't get by Albright?
