Well, you're polite so I'll give you that.
As to the stock, considering they've only settled one case for a small amount (that thus far the officers of the company haven't shared with the common shareholder, and since insiders of the company are doing nothing other than keeping the company alive via going after more and more nuisance lawsuits, any share price movement has been nothing more than stock manipulation and pumping and dumping by a small group of posters and their employers.
So, when you say there was an increase on news, this is false. There may have been a move up on hype where nothing transpired from it. There have been NO favorable judgements. You can call it what you like, but the company tried filing in Waco, and even with a very lenient Judge, the case was thrown out for lack of evidence. The fact that they are now trying in D.C., but in an employees name instead of the company, should tell you obviously that you are out.
You are invested in a nuisance lawsuit company that has almost all the insiders dumping their shares AND filing lawsuits for themselves while people on this board and others praise hallelujah and hope they can convince others to buy shares so they can dump them.
