- No insider selling whatsoever
- Filings are current
- Pink Current
- Transfer agent current
- Profile verified
- 2023 annual report is audited
- Q2 financials filed without an extension and are audited
- Attorney letter filed
- 100M Sativa seeds valued at ~$20/seed
- Proven kettle technology that produces 10-15x bio viability
- Frequent social media posts regarding up listing, tokenization and BRICs participation
- Highly rated accounting firm and law firms are facilitating filings
- Company filings demonstrate TXTM and RSAMMD leadership are committed to successful execution
- Company consistently references positivity, optimism and helping others.

My personal expectations include:

- We see more filings, more annual and quarterly audited financials
- The CE gets dropped
- Exchange up lists are approved.
