Why isn't Jim Cramer being sued like Keith Gill~? He pumps his tickers, no~? He gives advice, no~?

Obvious what is going on here. Too obvious. One has to be a real DOLT not to understand what is going on here.

Cramer is part of the problem and Fink is no better IMO.


Maybe Jimbo can explain why Banks (ISDA) don't have any collateral requirements. They used to have to hold 5% but now they don't have to hold anything.
0% is the requirement. So as soon as people deposit their money....... whoooosh~! it's gone. All of it into these crazy bets like naked shorting and swaps among other things. This is why many of these banks are insolvent. The unrealized losses from rehypothecated debt that has yet to manifest itself.
Commercial real estate is coming. Those SRTs now with hedge funds where Banks won't take the direct hit, but hedge funds will.

Patience........ one domino to fall is all it will take.
