I have been invested in VPLM for over 10 year with millions of shares, including from private placements bought at sub $0.01 and still my average is above 0.04 and I am frustrated no less than any other long term investor. I had put my money into VPLM because I believed in the strength of their patents and competence of the then board of directors. I still believe that in the end VPLM will prevail despite numerous setbacks and a significant one in July.
I am not posting much on this board, only when I feel I have something significant to contribute, something that have not been said yet (or perhaps I missed it). Unfortunately most people on this board have nothing real to contribute except to vent their anger with the stock and the company management, spread conspiracy theories, perhaps in an effort to manipulate the stock. I would not be surprised if there were some characters here paid indirectly by the Defendants to bring the stock price down and make it more difficult for VPLM to fight on.
Having said all that, this is what I know.
- The Verizon and T-Mobile cases are not dead. When it comes to legal technicalities Albright, I am told, relies heavily on his clerk’s briefs and VPLM legal team is confident that the clerks got it wrong so they will file for re-consideration shortly. Previously such tactic benefited VPLM in the Amazon case. Also, there was an issue with the credibility of VPLM’s expert witness. Defendants were objecting to his replacement because they did not depose the substitute one. By the new filings these issues should be remedied. And yes, the new trials are likely go into 2025.

- Regarding disclosure – VPLM is disclosing the minimum of what they absolutely have to at the direction of their legal team. Like it or not.
- Regarding insiders selling. As I mentioned before, selling will not stop until all the shares designated for sale will be sold, regardless of the share price. And it is no use complaining about it every day and every hour in capital letters. In case of Barbara and Dennis that is all the shares they own (I believe Barbara has about 75 mil left to sell). And it is not because the ship is sinking. Dennis and Emil, as well as other directors and executives, who are selling, receive warrants so they are not going to be at a loss regardless. But this low sub penny price can actually benefit other investors because insiders can only sell a % of daily volume and this way the pool of shares for sale will shrink faster cause at lower price volume is likely to increase. And this is a great time for new people to buy the stock. I am pretty sure that when the new trial dates are set the price will rise.
