Point 1: "In the event 800 miillion shares of common were tendered" - PBLS managment must know that public float is under 800 million. Otherwise why would they come up with 800 million?

that was a example used in the release, which in my thoughts only of course means or could it mean that there are 800 million shares over the desired (PA) desired stated 815 million... so does it really mean that the float at the time of the decision to prefer action was to reduce to that 815 million because 800 + 815 = 1.65 billion... freudian slip so to speak in the release...? one has to wonder why that exact number was used as an example .... mostly the powers of 1's, 5's or 10's would have been used in my opinion... such as 100 million, 50 million, 100 million and such... is this the real reason for the gagging, who the h e l l knows anymore...

all in my humble opinion of course and pure speculation as to the possibles... nothing else makes any sense on the gag..
