It's not a scam. That's a trite explanation. But in recognizing that, what are we left with? What other cause could possibly explain why this show isn't on the road yet?

? Auditor hangup/lack of urgency?
? Lack of data vis-à-vis completing the Form 10?
? Ineffective management?
? Lack of money?

We were told on 8 July a "few weeks," and I decided I would wait until 31 August ... almost eight weeks. Didn't think it would take that long. Shows what I know.
