Knowles,

I thought the answer for everyday trading in this case is that "well, it's the pinks or the MM's" This is the kind of stuff that sent me through the roof when I first began trading on-line and with the pinks.

As I have mentioned in the past, I worked on the floor of the commodities exchange (Crude Oil Pit) and whenever a trade went through my customers or brokers order, we went ballistic until either the print and trade came down or we were given a partial.

NOW,,(especially pertaining to the 16 shares that traded)whenever we wanted to try to manipulate the market, push over the magic CHART line or knew of a big order that we get kicked into gear is a certain price was reached,,,,we would have a couple of Local Traders (usually standing next to one another) trade a couple of lots at that price just to get the print on the board, which could start the ball rolling.

In my breif experience in this medium, my guess is that the MM's (or whomever) are getting prints thrown up on no volume (like the .0001 on the first day)to get us to sell with no limit.

By the way, cheers to you and your order. Now the Elliot Spitzer is Governor of New York, I'm going to send your form letter from an address in New York to see if he BITS. He is a Great White Shark when it comes to stuff like this.

KEEP UP THE FIGHT BOYS.
