the last filing said that only those who owned shares on nws day are eligible and such rights to damage do not travel with shares . i do not think this logic would hold but may be beyond lamberth pay grade to decide on his own. could be in limbo for a long long time. it also begs the question : so defendants have figured out that there are no legacy owners left from pre net worth sweep and thus have to pay nothing.
