Yes, I've noticed Corey has set his latest deals up at 25% of the market price for shares. Used to be 1/3.

Actually, if you read the fine print, it's usually 25% of the average of the three lowest intraday lows in the preceeding twenty days.

So he's probably getting em for 15% of market price.

NOW - IMPORTANT: You can see why a savvy investment banker may want to short a little - he can run down the share price prior to a big conversion.

So basically, with a contract like that - you can write your own share price. 10%? 5%?

The you turn right around and sell 'em for a 1000% gainer. GUARANTEED.

Good stocks are obvious. Extensive DD is how you convince yourself to buy a bad one.
