Where did you see those AS numbers? That's a little bit less than before. It's been 14.975B for years. The Nevada SOS still shows the same AS amount. OTC Markets won't update for a few days.

Doesn't matter because the new OS will be a mere 5,537,145 shares instead of 13 BILLION. The Unrestricted shares will be nearly the same as the OS.

This CLOWN CAR CEO is going to DUMP his azzz off with his new found shares and higher pps (for now) and destroy all shareholders in the process. But...that's what a RS does.

They now have 14,969,500,000 shares available in the A/S because of the split.
