Good morning,

About the restricted shares issued. I agree that an announcement from the company regarding would be helpful, but in this case it's really self-explanatory.

These share in particular as with many restricted shares usually caries predetermined requirements before the right to be exercised or what is called vesting- A predetermined set of targets or parameters set up by the company and holder. Mostly, it involves the progress within the company going forward or certain target elements.

I don't expect these restricted shares to be unrestricted until well into 2025 or longer, but not within the next 6 months at least.

I bought into this downdraft by a nervous holder and added to my position and will continue to hold well into 2025. Also, there are no longer any notes so that has come to an end.

The overall financial doc is very positive and shows us in the growth stage. Please remember that this latest filing is the 2nd quarter when these mergers took place so the next financial filings will surely be better in a positive fashion and expect these financials to be released in November. This current quarter ends September 30th.

We have lived through the 2nd quarter, and it was pretty much spelled out, now we begin the remaining 2024 Calander year in a positive growth setting, and I remain bullish.

The downdraft or updraft is thinly traded, and it doesn't take much to move it either way. So, one must be careful on how you should take in this trading session and don't jump to conclusion because we will move back to fair value and that is around .002 give or take and the next quarter will be better than this latest Quarterly report. There is no more dilution and that is now behind us. An announcement from the company would certainly regain the momentum we all desire.
