I've followed and tracked RS's in the OTC for over THREE YEARS and have a list of 40-50 of them on a Ihub monitor. Trust me 99.9% of these CON JOB RS's go SOUTH and in a damn hurry.

This CON JOB SCAM could easily lose 50% of that 0.25 pps in one or two days.
