Like table tennis, your so close to the net and and foul lines are closer as well that if you slam you have to be pretty damn close to the net to shoot downward. If not it would probably go out of bounds easily or hit the net. It would be like trying to spike the ball in valley ball while behind the net 4 feet.
I can see that getting popular with the older folks to get out and keep moving and fun for the younger folks too.
