All seven $50 million deals ($350 million total) may be finalized at the same time as a result of the "alliance" that was formed through the Turtle Island Group. This may then trigger the $100 million MOU to become finalized. These two events may then propel the stock price to jettison up into the several dollars range and allow the company to meet NASDAQ listing requirements without a reverse split.

This is exactly what I've been thinking, along with https://hydrogenhorizons.co.uk/, all the penny players are still over at the AS*I board, after the S-1 and filing back with the SEC, I believe we will see Nasdaq players taking notice and the ASI* players will wish they had been here much earlier. dilution has been minimal at best, the way it should be.(JMO)
