This entire Buyback hinges on the management ability to raise money in offering. The Offering stipulates what funds are directed towards and thus FULLY TRANSPARENT.

I don't see anything wrong with "paying back" those that have contributed to their products, time, acquisitions and seems they are even willing to take a haircut to help build the company and replenish treasury stock.

AGAIN, all transparent and all hinges on their success as a management team. I would assume If they bring in funding to exploit all their product lines then its a win win for all, investors, management and company growth.

OTHERWISE, they could have secretly sold subscriptions, pfd classes and ran the issued to say 6 billion or sell subscriptions far below market price like other OTC scams...BUT NO, management is running this to be successful and NOT just fill their pockets.

THEY won't be on this tier much longer IMO
