A brilliant post Hay Day. I think that you may have hit the proverbial nail on the head. Yes, Amazon is conspicuously absent from the class action. And didn't VP have some type of settlement or agreement with amazon? I still think that there is a hidden strategy/agenda behind this bold move by VP, and I think that you may have uncovered something relevant and significant that may well point to that strategy. It fits like a missing puzzle piece.
On another note I would expect to see some insider selling to defray expenses. The company must remain a going concern until they can reach the finish line, which is the monetization of their IP.
Would Amazon possibly help VP fund this operation? That afterthought just occurred to me although I have no information to support that conjecture.
