Bet a little to make a lot. Just make sure you buy when max pessimism. Right now silver:spx (yearly)
ratio super low (0.005) [needs to go up 50x+ to get to 1980 high 0.30], therefor I am mega leveraged to silver. I saw a nice bottom being put in PSRU [monthly], with volume build on yearly. I see near max bearishness on OTC in general [on x and here]. Buying companies [otc] that have traded at less than .03 cents have been the only way I have ever seen 10x fast. Keeping a eye on .0002 ask.
