As soon as the Shareholder meeting is over and the company changes its status, there is a private placement already negotiated which will take care of the GGI CD amount of $199,000.00 (approximately)! Now I would suggest those with lines to Andrew, run this DD along his back and see if the hair on his neck stands on end!! They have to wait until after the meeting and the forms filed and then a private placement will get ride of hundreds of millions of shares in escrow, put back into the company treasury to complete the AERO merger! jmho
