If things pan out the way I expect them too then there were some lucky traders that got some great deals today and some unlucky ones that may be kicking themselves in the butt for selling so cheap. LOD at .062. Personally I see nothing to be concerned about and it doesnt suprise me either. Seen it many times. Always sellers on most stocks before big news is expected because many dont trust and many times for good reason. The fact that the float is so low on this one makes it go up or down so easy on small buys. We shall see soon who was wiser. Also summer months coming to a end soon and penny market normally picks up then.
