Overhang Possibilities...

Just a bystander in the OTC watching closely.

If not increased O/S there is still overhang between the unrestricted and DTC.

Needed a PR event to generate volume to clean up. Thats a positive potential reason.

If it isn't overhang, then its sure to be dilution.
