As described in Note 1, these financial statements do not include operation activity for the lab in China. During
the quarter ended March 31, 2024, the Board elected to separate activities from those activities and began
negotiations with another entity to merge with and bring operations to the Company. That event will occur in
the 3rd quarter of 2024. It was anticipated in the 2nd quarter, however, there was a delay related to the change
from being a Delaware corporation to a Florida corporation
