Just talked to him. He said that they are awaiting the auditors work to be finalized by SEC. because they are going QB Said that he should have already heard back to from the SEC but he thinks that he will hear by back by this week. SEC has to finalize those registered shares from last filing. They can’t do more moves until that is cleared. Said they are going to fully SEC reporting. Then he said they will be dropping announcements. I asked him about the EXHI type of jump in price. He doesn’t think think it explode like that, but he is hoping for a very productive stock increase with what they are doing.


I hope I understood that correctly. Lol guy is just so business savvy and intelligent that I sometimes difficulty fully understanding the process.

Sounds like we are getting really close….
