Actually that makes a ton of sense, at .0008 the market cap is still 3.6 million or whatever, because authorized has nothing to so, its only the outstanding that matter, but if a few major holders got together to ruin everything they could issue the new 5 billion shares, or gift them to execs and save themselves. If it is true, there is no difference in the company as we see it (there is no change in share structure as far as float and O/s are concerned) and they have a back-up plan.

This may be it, or it may not, but that is some smart thinking, good work my friend.
