The company is not dysfunctional. (If you want to know what they are doing, listen to the podcast on thealley.io tonight 9PM Mountain Time.) Quite the opposite. They are working hard developing the CEX, DEX, DiVinci Pay, and a lot of crypto stuff I do not understand. There are a ton of things going on behind the scenes. What NSAV has is a lot of crap from before Tilton made a deal with SBC/TG Private Equity, that has to be laid to rest. Until that stuff is, we will not have DTC certification and the stock will not move up in a meaningful way. This Alfonso guy supposedly knows all about the lawsuits and is determined to clean them all up, ie resolve them. For many years NSAV was not doing crap, since last Jan. they have been. Big things. The stock price will go up within 6 mo. in my opinion.
