Of course it was a trap. It was a use of their personal ATM actually (us). They needed money, they put out news, shres were traded (dumped), money entered company pockets with the newly dumped shares, silence ensues and trading slows to a crawl. When they need money again, it will rinse and repeat. This is 95% of the OTC
