Apparently there is potential for litigation on the sale of AWC's exchange to NSAV. AWC's exchange was 100% owned by knoll and the sale of the exchange to NSAV may be deemed fraudulent and then have to be used to settle the lawsuit by Scott Been. There is much more to this than just a foreclosure and some "personal stuff". Whatever they say on discord will not be enough because they are hiding a lot of shadiness around the exchange and they use discord to lie or obfuscate.
