It's appearing to me that all of the "partnerships" that NSAV is claiming are all incestuous in nature.
AWC was run by Knoll?
The Devs are still on AWC payroll, and the exchange was supposedly purchased from AWC? Are the Devs only contractors to NSAV? (Plus not being paid?)
Has the DaVinci pay deal actually closed?
And that was also owned/ designed by AWC (Knoll again? )
Was it these companies that caused Knoll to be sued for fraud? (And found guilty?)

Can someone that has a longer history on this company create a flow chart of the players in this game? I'm getting a headache just trying to understand who is what and who owns what.
