So now you are talking positive about RONN and apparently the Nigerian audit appears to not be so bad after all, however it appears as though you left one very important factor out their corporate office is in Nigeria but their auditing firm is also in the USA 10333 Harwin Dr. suite #677 Houston Texas 77063, USA So this would mean that they have to follow SEC audit filing regulations...

Now why would someone do something like that??
Well the only reason that comes to mind it to DISS the company RONN to make it seem as if it's a scam and make the PPS go down so they/you can get in much cheaper...
